This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with currency tips on my first visit, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for your stay!

Well priced hotel in a safe area really close to the castle and city centre, restaurants, shopping and places of historic interest, and the main attractions. Well-appointed and good sized room with great views, very efficient staff.
Very small bathroom.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the
Castello Estense. The modern design of the hotel was refreshing, and my room was bright and spacious. The breakfast area was also lovely, though the coffee could be stronger. I enjoyed my stay.

would be happy to recommend for a brief stop-in
Cozy room, friendly staff, with a wonderful breakfast experience with really good cappuccinos and a prime location just steps away from the historic center and easily accessible from Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport.
No issues to report.

the reception staff were nice and welcoming
the information on site wasn't correct about parking and we found ourselves surprised that we need to pay for the parking ticket and also to search for a place to park. breakfast was very poor. they don't even serve bread of any kind. and we were told that breakfast is until 10.30and as soon as we took some food the waiter took away all the food and we didn't have the opportunity to finish our meal properly

It was a pleasure to spend 4 nights at the Hotel Touring during our visit to Italy. The staff and facilites of the hotel were excellent. The hotel is central to all the desirable places to see in Ferrara and this made our visit to Ferrara memorable. We were able to move around easily on foot and we also cycled. The buffet breakfast was very good and the attention excellent good

The room was just a shoebox, and the air-conditioning, if you could even call it that, was useless. I would've expected at least a complimentary drink or some upgrade for all that inconvenience, but nope. Oh, and the noise from the generators was such a lovely touch, almost like a lullaby gone wrong. Just couldn't recommend it.

Bright, large room in renovated the annexe with a comfortable bathroom. Great breakfast and service at the restaurant. Located at the beginning of the historical center, about 20 minutes walk from the station. The city does not have good internal transport, so rely on your feet. Near the historic center and numerous restaurants
This is a very good business hotel with no a personal attitude to the client.

The central position of the hotel was perfect for walking into town. It was also within walking distance to the station & close to a regular bus route. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. Smokers were able to sit in the small park area opposite the hotel.
The following are suggestions for improvement NOT complaints! Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. A seating area (tables, chairs sun umbrellas) within small garden area to side of hotel might be worth considering, especially if coffee/drinks could be purchased to enjoy out doors. A hotel/local area information book in the room would also have been helpful.

Good location near Estense Castle and clean facilities.
I struggled with the air conditioning issue that was not resolved despite multiple requests, and it made our room uncomfortably warm. The parking situation was unclear upon arrival, leading to confusion about where to park my car.

Rooms were very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of a wide variety of items. It is also situated in the very centre of an extremely interesting walled city which would make us consider staying there again i.e.we needed longer to see rest of city.

Nice hotel with very kind staff. All were very helpful. Good access to Venice by bus with a stop at less than 200m. Room was large and quiet. The gentleman in the night shift was very nice and helped with putting some food we had got in one of their fridges. Overall nice hotel and good value for money.
The bathroom is very large, it even has a bidet... Which is uncommon in many countries .. but the shower has no cabin.. Just a drain and curtains.. I've been told it's common in Italy .. but a cabin would have been nicer and less wet allover...
